Rotary air separator

Separator with an upper chamber with mesh screens and a rotor running at low speed with synthetic seals. A mixture of air and material enters the separator on top. The loaded air and the dust escape through the screens towards a filter unit but the solid material is aspirated against them. The rotor cleans the screens and discharges the material at the bottom. > enlarge

Drum condensor

Separator with a rotating, perforated drum turning against a synthetic belt. The material is aspirated against the exterior of the drum, while the air and dust escape through the drum. The solid material stays against the drum because of the belt and falls out at the bottom of the unit. > enlarge

Static condensor

By means of a transport fan in front of the separator and a suction fan behind the separator a certain balance is reached inside the separator. The air and dust escape through a perforated duct at the inside of the separator. The solid material that can not pass through the duct, falls out at the bottom of the unit. > enlarge
